Welcome to Ramesh Traders. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services. By visiting our retail store or using our site, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. General Kirana Retail Terms
Ramesh Traders operates as a Kirana Retailer in Rajbiraj. All prices listed on our website or in-store are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.
2. Accuracy of Product Information
While we strive for 100% accuracy, product packaging and images may vary slightly from the actual product. We ensure all Kirana goods are within their expiry dates at the time of sale. Customers are encouraged to check seals before leaving the premises.
3. Payment and Billing
We accept cash, mobile banking (Fonepay/eSewa), and other digital payments as authorized in Nepal. For bulk orders, a deposit may be required. All transactions are processed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
4. Return and Refund Policy
As per standard Kirana retail practices in Rajbiraj, perishable goods (milk, bread, etc.) cannot be returned once sold. Non-perishable items can be exchanged within 24 hours if the original receipt is provided and the packaging is unopened.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ramesh Traders shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our retail outlet. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from transactions at Ramesh Traders shall be settled in the local courts of Saptari District.
